Working smart, working hard, and taking advantage of great opportunities is the secret to business success and the Rogersville / Hawkins County Chamber of Commerce is one of the best opportunities around!

The Chamber of Commerce unites businesses, leaders, and individuals to create a central agency that lends itself to improving business and building a better community. For more than two hundred and fifty member companies, the Chamber represents networking and marketing opportunities, small business support, publican representation, and opportunities to particiapte in award-winning community programs. All of the programs at the Chamber work to enhance economic development and the quality of life in Rogersville and Hawkins County.

The Chamber is led by a volunteer board of directors, elected by the members of the organization. They appoint an Executive Director, who runs the day-to-day business of the organization and supervises Chamber staff.

Chamber Director, Nancy Barker is a native of the county seat of Hawkins County. A lifetime resident of Rogersville, Nancy attended Walter State Community College.

   OUR MISSION

The By-Laws of the Chamber provide specific goals for the mission of our organization:

• To promote and perpetuate a community partnership advocating the business, commercial, manufacturing, and civic interests of the City of Rogersville and the County of Hawkins;
•  To advance the agricultural and tourism interests of the area;
• and To develop a unified information system whereby a united effort may be put forth to aid Rogersville and Hawkins County toward a more prosperous, more beuaitful, and better place in which to live.
